Your Rights Under GDPR
The GDPR provides you with the following rights regarding your personal data:
1. Right to Be Informed
You have the right to be informed about the collection and use of your personal data. We provide this information through our Privacy Policy and this GDPR page.
2. Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This is commonly known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will respond to your request within one month.
3. Right to Rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or completed if it is incomplete. We will respond to your request within one month.
4. Right to Erasure
Also known as the "right to be forgotten," you can request the deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, including:
- The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
- You withdraw consent (where consent was the legal basis for processing)
- You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- The data has been unlawfully processed
5. Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or when processing is unlawful.
6. Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to request that we transmit this data directly to another controller where technically feasible.
7. Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. Where you object, we must stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
8. Rights Related to Automated Decision Making
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently engage in automated decision-making of this nature.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of your GDPR rights, please contact us using the following methods:
- Email: [email protected]
- Post: bold-modem, 47 Greenfield Lane, Hampstead, London NW3 4BT
Please include sufficient information to identify yourself and specify which right(s) you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Response Timeframes
We will respond to your request within one month of receipt. If your request is complex or you have made multiple requests, we may extend this period by a further two months, but we will inform you of any extension within the first month.
Fees
In most cases, exercising your rights is free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests, or we may refuse to comply with such requests.

Given the nature and scale of our data processing activities, we are not required to appoint a formal Data Protection Officer. However, all data protection matters are handled by our management team. For any queries, please contact us at [email protected].
